Through games, storytelling, intergenerational connection, and arts & crafts, participants will:
1.) Learn correct anatomical terms and functions of internal/external anatomy
2.) Learn the 4 phases of the menstrual cycle
3.) Discover the physical and emotional changes through the menstrual cycle
4.) Receive and intro to cycle tracking
5.) Understand that our menstrual cycle is a barometer or health!
6.) Explore the different types of menstrual cycle products available
7.) cultivate connection and confidence for your child as she prepares to enter the next phase of her life-adolescence!
